Servaali will get a new shareholder, as Olvi Plc. will buy 80% of Servaali’s
shares. Olvi is one of the leading beverage companies in Finland, Baltics and Belarus. Olvi group’s turnover is 322 million
euros (in 2016) and Olvi has 1800 employees. The company is founded in 1878 and the headquarters is located in
Iisalmi, Finland.
The new partnership will create the winning Nordic premium beverage import organization within the coming years.
The transaction process will, however, not be started before the acceptance of the Finnish competition authorities.
